Speech Bubbles

Speech Bubbles is a basic mod for Nuclear Throne Together that puts speech bubbles over player's heads when they send a message in chat. There are currently no settings, but it supports Nuclear Throne's color tags. Expect updates for customization including transparency, color, and font.
